Shipping & Delivery
StrutMount UK can deliver to virtually any destination in the world provided that stated procedures are strictly adhered to when you place an order.
Free Delivery: Orders over £200 (excluding VAT) qualify for free delivery to UK mainland addresses.
Next Day Delivery: Orders received by 5:30pm and accepted by us will be dispatched the same working day for next working day delivery to UK mainland addresses. Premium services and non-mainland UK deliveries incur extra charges. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
International Orders: Some items may exceed our couriers' maximum allowed size and dimensions for shipments outside mainland UK and require a custom quotation. If you're based outside mainland UK* and wish to order, please contact us via email at sales@strutmount.co.uk or telephone 0203 929 5006.
Collection: You're welcome to collect orders from our Enfield showroom Monday to Saturday. Please call 0203 929 5006 to arrange collection in advance.

*Within England, Scotland, or Wales - this refers to Standard Rate UK Postal Delivery Areas only and not the Highlands and Islands or any premium rate UK mainland locations as defined by our approved carriers.

All payments are processed securely. We do not store payment card details on our systems.

Returns & Replacements
Important: StrutMount UK is a B2B supplier and does not operate on a trial basis. We do not offer stock rotation rights or sale or return rights.
Returns Policy: Returns are only accepted at our discretion if agreed in advance. To qualify for a refund or exchange:
- Goods must be unused, undamaged, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
- Contact us within 3 working days of receipt
- Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number before returning
- Return goods within 3 working days of RMA issue
- 15% restocking fee applies
- Delivery charges are non-refundable
Cannot be returned: Customised or branded products, special orders, clearance items, free items, or any products that have been opened or used.
Damaged Goods: If your order arrives damaged, note the damage on delivery paperwork and contact us within 48 hours at sales@strutmount.co.uk with photos of the damage.
Proof of purchase may be required for all returns and warranty claims.
Ordering Information
Who We Serve: StrutMount UK is a business-to-business (B2B) supplier only. We accept orders from businesses, professional photographers, government, local authorities, schools, colleges, universities, and other institutions or organisations. We do not sell to individual consumers or the general public.
Minimum Order: Orders below £50 (excluding VAT) are subject to an additional handling fee of £5 (excluding VAT) as we trade primarily in volume and bulk.
VAT: All prices are excluding VAT. As a B2B supplier, VAT will be added to your order at checkout.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Payment Methods: We accept most major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfer (for approved credit account holders).
Prices: All prices are excluding VAT(VAT will be added at checkout). Prices are subject to change without prior notification.
Credit Accounts: Business customers may apply for credit terms. Contact our accounts team at sales@strutmount.co.uk for more information.
Viewing Your Orders
Under your account dashboard, you may view your complete order history at any time via the "My Orders" link. From here you can view order status, download invoices, or reorder previous purchases.
